Shipping Policy 

At Petvex, we want you to understand what happens from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your door. Here’s how we handle order processing and shipping within the United States.

Order Processing

We typically process orders within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you place an order after our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM EST, we’ll get to it the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is processed and shipped, you can expect delivery in about 4 to 7 business days within the U.S. Keep in mind that these times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, bad weather, holidays, or other factors we can’t control.

Shipping Cost

We have a flat shipping fee of $4.99 per order. Any shipping costs will be clearly shown during checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Shipping Locations

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Order Tracking

After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to follow your package through the carrier’s system. If you don’t receive tracking info or have questions about your shipment, reach out to us, and we’ll assist you.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to keep things on schedule, delivery can occasionally be delayed for reasons like:

Incorrect Shipping Information

Double-check your shipping address and contact information before you finalize your order. If you spot an error after placing your order, get in touch with us as quickly as possible. We’ll do our best to assist you before it ships. Once it’s out the door, making changes to the delivery address might not be possible.
